A simple, mineral-rich morning drink using Himalayan pink salt, lemon, and warm water to support hydration, digestion, and metabolism.
¼ tsp Himalayan pink salt (fine-ground)
8 oz warm filtered water (~120 °F / 49 °C)
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice (about ½ lemon)
Optional: ½ tsp raw honey
Optional: a small pinch cayenne pepper
1. Warm water to approx 120 °F / 49 °C.
2. Stir in pink salt until fully dissolved.
3. Add lemon juice and optional boosters.
4. Drink slowly first thing in the morning.
Start with small amounts of salt if you’re new to it.
Use only once daily, best on an empty stomach.
Avoid if on a sodium-restricted diet.
