This Erewhon-style blue spirulina smoothie is creamy, dairy-free, naturally sweet, and takes just 5 minutes.
1 cup Frozen Pineapple
1 small Frozen Banana
¾ cup Coconut Milk (carton)
¼ tbsp Coconut Yogurt (unsweetened)
1–2 tsp Blue Spirulina Powder
1–2 tsp Maple Syrup
Optional: 2 tbsp Desiccated Coconut, 1 tsp Toasted Coconut, 1 Pineapple Wedge
1. Swirl coconut yogurt inside a glass to create cloud effect.
2. Add coconut milk, pineapple, banana, spirulina, and syrup to blender.
3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
4. Pour into glass and garnish with optional toppings.
Use high-quality spirulina for the best blue color.
Adjust sweetener to taste.
