For the Meat

¼ teaspoon pepper
For the Sweet Potatoes
4 small sweet potatoes
1 tablespoon avocado oil
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
For the Bowls
1 bag shredded lettuce (8 oz)
1 red onion, thinly sliced
1 pint diced tomatoes (10 oz)
½ cup pickles, diced

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet.
2. Cube sweet potatoes, toss with oil and spices, and roast for 25–30 mins.
3. Cook ground beef in a skillet with Worcestershire and seasonings.
4. Prep toppings: lettuce, onion, tomato, pickles.
5. Whisk together sauce ingredients until smooth.
6. Assemble bowls: layer potatoes, beef, toppings, and drizzle sauce.
