Ingredients
1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt
12 oz cold water or filtered water
Ice cubes (as desired)
Juice of 1/4 lemon (optional)
1 tsp apple cider vinegar (optional)
Instructions
1. Add ice to a glass.
2. Stir in pink salt until dissolved.
3. Add lemon juice or ACV if using.
4. Sip slowly on an empty stomach.
5. Optionally, prep as frozen cubes or sole water.
Notes
Start with 1/8 tsp salt if you’re sensitive.
