Ingredients
2 oz coconut rum
1 oz blue curaçao
1 oz pineapple juice
1 oz coconut cream
½ cup crushed ice
1 tbsp blueberry puree
Whipped cream (for topping)
Garnish: pineapple wedge and blueberries
Instructions
1. Add coconut rum, pineapple juice, coconut cream, and ice to a blender.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Pour the blended base into a chilled glass.
4. Slowly drizzle blue curaçao over the top.
5. Add blueberry puree and gently swirl with a spoon.
6. Top with whipped cream and garnish with pineapple and berries.

For parties, you can pre-blend the base and store it in the freezer for up to one hour before serving.

Use blue spirulina or butterfly pea tea as natural blue color alternatives.

To make a mocktail, replace rum with coconut water and blue curaçao with blue raspberry syrup or citrus soda.
