Instructions
1. Pour water or coconut water into a glass.
2. Add lemon juice and apple cider vinegar; stir well.
3. Mix in ginger, chia seeds, and cinnamon.
4. Sweeten with stevia or monk fruit if desired.
5. Let sit 2 minutes before serving.
