Pinch of black pepper

1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

¼ cup water or coconut water

Instructions

1. Juice ginger and turmeric using a juicer

2. Squeeze lemon juice and combine with other liquids

3. Stir in cayenne, black pepper, and honey

4. Store in glass container in fridge for up to 5 days

5. OR: Blend everything with water

6. Strain with nut milk bag or fine mesh

7. Pour into bottles or ice cube trays
