Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Whip egg whites and cream of tartar to stiff peaks.
3. Blend cottage cheese, yolks, almond flour, salt, garlic powder, and oregano until smooth.
4. Gently fold egg whites into the cottage cheese mixture.
5. Spread into a round shape on the baking sheet.
6. Bake for 25–28 minutes or until golden and firm.
7. Add toppings and broil for 2–3 minutes until bubbly.
8. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
