Ingredients
2 boneless chicken breasts
3/4 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup fresh grated Parmesan
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: low-carb pasta or zoodles
Instructions
1. Slice chicken into bite-sized pieces and season.
2. Melt butter in a pan; cook chicken until golden.
3. Remove chicken and sauté garlic until fragrant.
4. Add cream and let it simmer on low heat.
5. Slowly stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth.
6. Return chicken to coat with sauce.
7. Serve immediately over your choice of base.
Notes
Use fresh Parmesan for best melt and flavor.
Don’t let the sauce boil keep heat low.
Add red pepper flakes for a spicy twist.
