Ingredients
1 teaspoon matcha powder
1 umeboshi plum (or 1 teaspoon umeboshi paste)
1 thumb-sized piece dried kombu
1 slice fresh ginger, finely grated
8 ounces warm water (160°F to 170°F)
Optional: splash of lemon juice or drizzle of honey
Instructions
1. Soak kombu in warm water for 5 minutes to infuse minerals.
2. Remove kombu and stir in grated ginger.
3. Mash umeboshi plum into the drink until fully dissolved.
4. Add matcha powder and whisk until frothy.
5. Optionally, add lemon juice or honey.
Notes

Adjust sweetness with honey as needed.
You may substitute umeboshi with a splash of apple cider vinegar if unavailable.
