This jalapeño cheddar chaffle is crispy, spicy, cheesy, and totally keto-friendly. It’s perfect for meal prep, brunch, or a savory low-carb snack.

Ingredients

2 large eggs

3/4 cup shredded cheddar and mozzarella

1/4 cup almond flour

1/2 tsp baking powder

3/4 cup cooked crumbled sausage

2 tbsp chopped jalapeños

Instructions

1. Whisk the eggs in a bowl.

2. Stir in cheese, almond flour, baking powder, sausage, and jalapeños.

3. Preheat mini waffle maker and lightly grease.

4. Scoop 2–3 tbsp of batter into the center and close lid.

5. Cook for 4–5 minutes or until golden and crispy.

6. Cool for 1–2 minutes before serving or storing.

Notes

Let chaffles cool on a rack to stay crispy.
