Ingredients
1 cup warm water
0.5 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
0.5 teaspoon grated ginger
1 teaspoon raw honey (optional)
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (optional)
0.25 teaspoon baking soda (optional variation)
Instructions

Warm the water make sure it’s not boiling.

Stir in pink Himalayan salt until fully dissolved.

Add freshly squeezed lemon juice.

Grate in fresh ginger and stir well.

Add honey or apple cider vinegar, if using.

Optional: Mix in baking soda for alkaline support.

If using ACV, start with ½ tablespoon and work up.
