Ingredients
1 cup warm filtered water
¼ teaspoon Himalayan pink salt (fine grain)
1 tablespoon raw apple cider vinegar (with the “mother”)
Juice of ½ fresh lemon
Optional: 1–2 thin slices of fresh ginger or a pinch of ground ginger
Optional: ½ teaspoon raw honey (if needed)
Instructions
1. Warm the filtered water until slightly heated (not boiling).
2. Add the Himalayan pink salt and stir until it fully dissolves.
3. Add the apple cider vinegar and fresh lemon juice.
4. Stir in ginger slices or a pinch of ground ginger.
5. Add honey if desired to slightly sweeten.
6. Drink slowly in the morning on an empty stomach.
Notes
Avoid using boiling water, which can destroy beneficial compounds in raw ACV.
This drink is ideal before breakfast or during fasting to help replenish minerals.
Not suitable for people on low-sodium diets or with kidney/heart conditions.
Use unrefined pink salt (fine grain) for best absorption.
Pink salt is not fortified with iodine. Ensure you get iodine from other dietary sources to support thyroid health.
