Instructions

1. Warm the filtered water until slightly heated (not boiling).

2. Add the Himalayan pink salt and stir until it fully dissolves.

3. Add the apple cider vinegar and fresh lemon juice.

4. Stir in ginger slices or a pinch of ground ginger.

5. Add honey if desired to slightly sweeten.

6. Drink slowly in the morning on an empty stomach.

Notes
