Ingredients
1 tablespoon green banana flour
1/2 avocado
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1/2 frozen banana
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Optional: 1 teaspoon honey or keto sweetener
Instructions
1. Add banana flour and almond milk to blender, blend until smooth to avoid clumps.
2. Add remaining ingredients.
3. Blend until creamy.
4. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
5. Serve immediately.
Notes
Start with 1 tsp banana flour to assess tolerance.
Great with spinach or MCT oil for variation.
Store leftovers in fridge up to 1 day, but best fresh.
