Ingredients
1 cup fresh spinach
½ cup kale (stems removed)
1 frozen banana
½ cup frozen mango
½ cup frozen pineapple
1-inch fresh ginger
¾–1 cup coconut water
Instructions
1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
2. Blend on high until smooth.
3. Taste and adjust sweetness or spice if needed.
4. Pour into a chilled glass and serve.
Notes
Add lime juice or mint for extra brightness.
Use frozen fruit instead of ice for a creamier result.
Sub coconut water with green tea for caffeine.
