Ingredients
8–10 oz freshly brewed black coffee
1 tbsp MCT oil (start with 1 tsp if new)
1 tbsp grass-fed unsalted butter
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
1. Brew hot black coffee.
2. Add coffee, MCT oil, butter, and cinnamon to a blender.
3. Blend for 20–30 seconds until frothy.
4. Pour into a mug and serve hot.
Notes
Start with 1 tsp MCT oil if you’re new to it.
Avoid sugary add-ins.
Optional: Add collagen peptides or a pinch of salt for added benefits.
