Ingredients
60 ml strong black coffee
200 ml coconut water
Ice cubes
Optional: 1 tbsp honey or sugar
Instructions
1. Brew the coffee strong using your preferred method.
2. Add it to a shaker with a bit of ice and shake vigorously until frothy.
3. Fill a tall glass with ice and pour in the coconut water.
4. Spoon the frothy coffee over the coconut water.
5. Stir gently and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a splash of vanilla extract, a pinch of cinnamon, or a swirl of coconut milk.
To avoid dilution, freeze coconut water in ice cube trays and use them instead of plain ice.
