Ingredients

2 cups cold filtered water

2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

½ tsp blue spirulina powder

12 tsp monk fruit sweetener

Pinch of sea salt

Ice cubes

Instructions

1. Add lemon juice, monk fruit, and sea salt to a large glass and stir until dissolved.

2. Add cold water and mix well.

3. Sprinkle in blue spirulina powder and stir until fully dissolved.

4. Add ice and garnish with lemon or mint.

5. Taste and adjust sweetness or acidity.

Notes

You can swap monk fruit with stevia or erythritol based on your preference.

For a slushy texture, blend with ice.
