Ingredients
2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds (optional)
½ teaspoon fennel seeds (optional)
Instructions
1. Add all seeds to a spice grinder or food processor.
2. Pulse until finely ground.
3. Transfer to an airtight jar.
4. Use 1–2 teaspoons daily in meals or drinks.
Notes
Keep in a cool, dry place.
Start with a small serving and increase slowly.
Avoid using whole flax unless ground fresh.
