Ingredients
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
1 teaspoon pumpkin seeds (optional)
½ teaspoon fennel seeds (optional)
1 ½ cups water or unsweetened coconut water
Juice from ½ lemon
Instructions
1. Add all seeds to a large glass or jar.
2. Pour in water and lemon juice.
3. Stir thoroughly to combine.
4. Let the mixture sit for 30 minutes or overnight.
5. Stir again before drinking.
Notes
Start with ½ serving if new to fiber.
Can be stored in fridge up to 2 days.
