Instructions

1. Soak all seeds in 2 oz water overnight in the fridge.

2. In the morning, brew 6–8 oz of black coffee.

3. Add soaked seed gel into coffee mug.

4. Blend using milk frother or immersion blender for 10–15 seconds.

5. Optional: Froth creamer separately and pour over.
